H-E-B Teen Court is held on Monday evenings, approximately twice a month. We conduct both master juries and trials in a fiscal year we average around 500 cases.
The types of cases that come through our Teen Court are speeding, speeding in school zone, usage of cell phone in school zone, no driver’s license, driver’s license restrictions, drug paraphernalia, curfew, assault, theft under $100, minor in possession of alcohol or tobacco, public intoxication, and criminal mischief. The trials are the more severe of the offenses and can include: criminal mischief, assault, drug paraphernalia, theft under $100, minor in possession of alcohol or tobacco, public intoxication to name a few.
